**Money Matters - Digital Skills Coach**
Our Money Matters Service is looking for a Digital Skills Coach. You will work within an experienced team expanding your skills in a dynamic environment. You will be playing a vital part in improving the financial resilience of vulnerable people in the community. This is office based, home working or community locations.
**Salary**:£13,200 - Pro Rata - Part Time
**Hours**: 21 hours per week - (some flexible working will be required)
**Responsible to**:Money Matters Centre Manager
**Purpose of the role**:
Supporting clients with finance-related digital inclusion. You will work on the Financial and Digital Inclusion project, part of Saltbox Money Matters. As a team, we provide drop-in sessions, workshops and 1-2-1 appointments, offering financial capability and digital skills coaching, supporting clients in recovery from the financial impact of the C-19 pandemic. To ensure we can best meet the needs of disadvantaged and financially excluded people.
**Summary of duties**:
- To provide clients with support with digital basics such as setting up a device, accessing online services such as banking, shopping, budgeting, benefits, and video conferencing and staying safe online.
- Create a relaxed, welcoming experience to develop, coordinate and provide online skills support for service users at drop-in sessions via the satellite internet café.
- To collect and record client data on the case recording system, ensuring that General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliance is carried out

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 22 months
Part-time hours: 21 per week
**Salary**: £13,200.00 per year
