We are recruiting a **full-time, permanent** **Shunter** to join us at our **Co-op** site in **Andover**. You will be working on a **4 on 4 off **shift pattern covering the hours of **18:00 - 06:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Liaising with transport manager, yard clerk and supervisors to ensure smooth and timely loading of trailers
- Moving Class 1 trailers and Class 2 rigid on and off bays and around the site
- Completing daily yard audits and temperature checking on vehicles ensuring the safe movement of large vehicles and trailers around the site
- Ensuring that all Health and Safety processes are followed, and always observed and highlighting any safety issues that arise

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- HGV C+E driving license
- Valid driver CPC and digital tachograph cards
- No more than six penalty points on your licence (no TT, IN, DD, DR or DG endorsements)
- Previous shunting experience is desirable
