Exciting Opportunity: Remote Team Leader Position in Award-Winning Insurance/Loss Adjusting Firm
- Are you a dynamic Team Leader with a knack for inspiring others? Do you possess an in-depth understanding of the Insurance or Claims industry, particularly within the realms of Property and Subsidence claims? If so, we want you to bring your expertise to this award-winning team

Due to their continued growth and success, they are now looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader with strong management experience to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC), with the role being fully 100% remote.

- **Key Responsibilities**:
"Day-to-day management of the team, acting as a go-to point for enquiries and support.
- " Identifying and implementing training requirements to enhance team skills and performance.
- " Fostering a positive work environment to maintain high morale and manage absences effectively.
- " Conducting performance reviews and appraisals, setting objectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- " Managing a select portfolio of High Net Worth and Commercial subsidence claims.
- " Assisting and deputising for the Customer Service Manager as needed.

- " Proven experience as a Team Leader with strong management skills
- " Ideally a strong background in the Insurance/claims industry, with a focus on Property/Subsidence claims highly desirable.
- " Exceptional ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving excellence.
- " Skilled in managing high-quality claims with a conscientious and diligent approach.
- " Excellent communication skills, capable of dealing with customers empathetically yet assertively.
- " Adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment.
