**Permanent Position**

**Duties of the Painter and Plasterer**:

- Getting rid of the mould on the walls.
- Treating the mould so it doesn’t come back.
- Painting and plastering over the mould afterwards.

**Experience of the Painter and Plasterer**:

- Must have social/domestic housing experience.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Must have a main trade of Painting or plastering.
