**About the role**

Key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting new clients
- Booking meeting rooms for all departments
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Acting as the face of the company
- Taking in deliveries and ensuring they go to the drop off/relevant person. Checking and signing if needs be
- Ensuring collections are picked up from the right collection point and the right amount taken and signed for
- Overseeing clients signing in and out on the iPad and a visitor lanyard given
- Communicating visitor arrivals to colleagues
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained for office amenities
- Administration duties would include creating/editing client contacts and creating/editing non-disclosure agreements
- Any ad hoc administration duties required companywide
