Telephonist/controller

Move Cars West are a private hire taxi business based in Clydebank, we are currently looking for Telephonist / Controllers for full and part time positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person in a timely manner
- Provide information to callers about the company and its services
- We are using ICABBI Taxi system so any previous experience would be helpful but full training will be provided.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.80-£12.00 per hour
