**Customer Support Co-ordinator**

**Location**: Crick, Rugby
**Contract**: Permanent
**Shift/Hours**: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00, 1 hour unpaid. (40 hours per week)

**Salary**: £23,000 rising to 25,000 + bonus after 6 months' probation

**Description**:
This new role, you will be a main point of contact for customers foreseeing placing sales orders to collection through to delivery. Dealing with sales and parts with designated regional areas, covering all aspects of customer service.
The role will require the ability to deal with across functions, from workshop floor personnel, field service engineers, senior managers, decision makers and main board directors within customer organisations.

**As a Customer Support Co-ordinator your responsibilities and duties will be**:
- Accurately processing customer orders in timely manner via SAP such as parts, machines, internal and external- Co-ordinating the entire process from point of machine order through to delivery in line with customers delivery requirements- Liaising with procurements, workshop personnel and transport department and providing accurate and regular feedback to customers on the progress of their orders.- Completing all admin duties and support sales team all administrative requirements to ensure smooth running of all accounts.- Create SAP Reports as necessary for designated areas- To manage the life cycle of service contracts monthly, work with customer to advise when current is expiring and ultimately encourage them to renew.-
- To effectively answer service and breakdown requests from customers always considering the SLA agreements in place. To allocate service / breakdown workload to external engineers in an efficient and timely manner.- Ensure that estimates are turned around in a timely manner and chased with customers- Process completed work through to invoice daily- Provide customers with official quotations and follow up all opportunities in a timely manner- Day to day management of outstanding orders and back orders, maintain communication with customers providing updates on extended lead times and parts delivery- Dealing promptly with customer complaints, escalating when required- Be actively involved in any special projects concerning the sale and promotion of parts and consumables.**As a Customer Support Co-ordinator, we are looking for**:

- Min of 2 years' experience in previous/ similar role sales admin or customer service experience.- Good Maths and English Skills- SAP experience (preferred)- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Essential)- Highly organised and experience with working to deadlines- Ability to multitask- Fully focused- Risk taker**As a Customer Support Co-ordinator your benefits will consist of**:
