**Position Overview**:
Join us on our mission to be the forefront of children's football coaching We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for a Content Creator at First Kick Football. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to building our brand and creating engaging content to inspire and entertain our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Create captivating written, visual, and video content showcasing the excitement of our football classes and holiday clubs.
- Collaborate with coaching teams to develop content promoting our training programs and company philosophy.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and enhance our social media presence, engaging with followers and scheduling posts.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to elevate the personal profiles of key staff members.
- **Photography and Videography**:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos during football classes and events.
- Edit and enhance visual content to maintain a consistent and professional brand image.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Develop the personal brands of key staff members by documenting the day-to-day running of the company and telling our unique story.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track and analyse content performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and skillset.
- Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro, and experienced in using a DSLR camera.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write and schedule content in line with the brand voice.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
