**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Volunteer Coordinator:

- Recruiting volunteers for companies Food, Preloved & Interiors.
- Induct volunteers into the introduction at companies Housing & Support including site inductions.
- Managing the volunteer rota on a weekly basis.
- Training administration for volunteers.
- Manage a database of volunteers - liaising with companies Interiors, Preloved & Team Leaders and Managers.
- Support volunteers and act as their representative if required.
- Attend events to promote companies Food, Interiors, Preloved & and volunteering at companies Housing & Support.
- Carry out additional duties as may be defined from time to time.

Food Team Leader:

- Manage the end to end Food redistribution operation to the public, covering all aspects of the delivery chain (strategy, sourcing, stock control, redistribution and logistics).
- Liaise with other food charities leveraging ways to work together and cohesively across the county.
- Manage food assistants and volunteers, assigning and tracking daily activities in-line with requirements.
- Provide management information, as required.

General:

- Ensure staff and volunteers balance sufficient to deliver services as required.
- Coach, mentor and support both staff and volunteers to deliver the best of their abilities and develop employment skills for volunteers.

**Additional Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Be flexible to the changing needs of the organisation and its service users.
- Abide by the organisations staff working policies and procedures.
- Promote the aims, purposes, mission and services delivered by the organisation.
- In addition to the duties set out in this job description the post holder may at times be required to undertake additional or other duties to meet the needs of the organisation.
