**Pay**: £13.17 Per Hour Full Time 37 Hours per week.
Hours : Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
**Duration**: 6 Month Assignment Temp to Perm
**Start Date**: ASAP

**About the role**:
We’re looking for a
**Tactical Planner** who will be responsible for creating 4 day and 7-day plans to enable our operational colleagues to deliver and drive great efficiency. This will allow our operational teams to safely conduct crucial emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works.
You'll be partnering with field teams and creating effective but simple schedules, driving clear communication with internal & external stakeholders keeping field teams utilised so customer and company SLAs and ODI achieved
With this being such a critical role to us, and our customers we are looking for someone who can support our teams between Monday to Friday 8-4.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Use the corporate planning tool CLICK in order to prioritise and schedule customer appointed and proactive work to the field technicians and repair crews.
- Work to service levels that achieve the customer and company’s required outcomes.
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve process and feed ideas into local meetings and continuous improvement groups.
- Manage our workflow, redistributing work in day as priorities and service levels change to meet customer and business need.

**Experience**:

- Strong IT skills across the Microsoft office suite of products.- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.- Great communicator with experience of managing customer expectations.- Excellent Organizational Skills is key factor in this position.- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information.- Experience of working to Service levels and individual targets- Experience of using CLICK planning tools- Knowledge and experience of using SAP and SWIMM systems
