We are looking for an experienced mechanical assembler to work at our factory based on the outskirts of Forfar. The company designs and manufactures machinery for the agricultural industry and pride ourself in producing a quality product.

The applicant should have experience in carrying out light assembly work.

**Key Tasks and Duties:

- **
- Conducts all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final products.
- Requirement to use light hand tools.
- Conducts shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance.
- Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks beneficial to the business

**Your Knowledge and Skills**
- Able to work as part of a team
- High dexterity and attention to detail is essential
- Experience with use of hand & air tools (screwdrivers, spanners, etc.)
- Must be flexible with the demands of the business
- Show initiative
- A positive, can do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 39 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Forfar: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
