**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting Road Freight Operations: Understand the intricacies of Road Freight operations from the UK contributing to the seamless flow of goods.
- Collaboration with Hauliers: Work closely with hauliers, ensuring timely provision of documentation and information for streamlined operations.
- Troubleshooting: Swiftly help resolve clearance issues with hauliers and ports, as well as post-clearance issues, maintaining our commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Adherence to SOPs: Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance in all processes.

**Knowledge and Skills**:
**Essential Skills**:
- Strong desire for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Customs knowledge with the ability to complete Customs Import/Export declarations.
- Understanding of Sea Freight and inventory linking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a willingness to support others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, "can do" attitude.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, including Road Freight for Imports & Exports.
- Knowledge of current legislation.
- Familiarity with the Customs Declaration Service.
**Other Considerations**:
- Salary Scale: Salary starting at 25K, with fantastic potential for growth based on experience.
