**About the School**

**About the Role**

You responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Attaining the highest expectations of teaching and learning
- Plan engaging lessons that align with National Curriculum Standards and inspire and motivate pupils to want to learn
- Implement a range of approaches that support visual, audio and kinaesthetic learning preferences
- Analyse data effectively to assess when and what to revisit in order to address misconceptions, bridge learning gaps and achieve rapid progress
- Use ICT to enhance learning opportunities
- Be an effective team player who is open to new ideas as well as lead in your own area of expertise sharing advice, resources and best practice
- Plan interventions across literacy and numeracy and collaborate with the SENDCO to report on pupil progress in relation to targets set.
- Contribute to wider school events in the local community.

**Essential Requirements**
- Hold QTS certification or an equivalent
- Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
