**The Role**

Our small and friendly administration and management team is based at our office in North Petherton.

We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Administrator to work 5 days a week,
9am-5pm.

The salary is £21,320 to £22,050 (dependent on experience) with 25 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays.

You'll be a person who is great at organising, can communicate well with lots of different people and you'll have good all-round IT skills.

This permanent role has two main areas of responsibility alongside other administrative duties.

**Main Responsibilities**
- overseeing fleet vehicles-managing the maintences, servicing and repairs
- coordinate repairs at service user properties, book annual checks such as Gas Safety Checks and provide documents to landlords to remain compliant
- coordinate in-house lift bookings to get staff to and from shifts

**Other Responsibilities**
- ad hoc project work to improve processes.

You will have at least 2 years experience in an administrative role and have a positive and helpful approach. You'll also share our commitment to provide high quality support to our service users.
