**What will you do**:

- As a Maintenance Operative you will ensure the safety of our buildings by completing statutory compliance testing, repairs, and maintenance tasks along with overseeing the works completed by the caretakers.
- Provide a warm, welcoming environment to students, parents and visitors to your buildings
- Collation, control and management of the Maintenance log on the ‘Student App’
- Establishing and developing working relationships with your team

**What we are looking for**:

- Plumbing, Electrical or building qualifications would be preferred or ability to demonstrate skills within a similar industry i.e. student/private accommodation or large hospitality buildings.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
