**Client Care Coordinator (Veterinary Receptionist)**

**Salary: £10.53 per hour**

**Location: Cromwell Vets, St Neots**

**Job Type: Permanent**

**Hours: 27.25 per week.**

If so, we would love you to join our fantastic front-of-house team as our new Customer Care Coordinator

At Cromwell Vets we pride ourselves on our excellent standards for patient and client care and rely on our client co-ordinators to help promote this.

**Your role and responsibilities**
- Answering the phone in a polite and friendly manner, dealing with any enquiries and booking appropriate appointments, using our in-house system.
- Managing the diaries effectively and ensure the smooth running of vets and nurses consults.
- Taking payments over the phone.
- Transferring calls to the appropriate person.
- Have a clear speaking voice and be empathetic and sensitive at certain situations.
- Have a full clean driving license.

**Personal Specification**
- Previous Customer facing experience
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Confident using the telephone
- Reception or Client Care experience
- Cash handling and till operation
- Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (Desirable)
- IT skills - confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum
