An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Team Leader - Warehouse **to join Edwards abatement solutions in Clevedon. Working with like-minded Team Leaders and Operatives based at our centre of excellence just south of Bristol. This is on a 14:00pm - 22:00pm shift, Monday-Friday.

**Mission -**

Reporting to the **Warehouse Manager,** manage all activities relating to the operation of a defined cell of employees to ensure all activities are on time and to standard. To lead the team to be proactive in anticipating needs and exceeding business expectations. To develop a multi skilled team to achieve individual, departmental, and organizational objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To ensure that the health, safety and wellbeing of the team are maintained following the site objectives.
- Ensure all interdepartmental communications are clear.
- Control daily warehouse activities and ensure that the quality standards are maintained by following the cell standard operating procedures.
- To manage the cell and ensure that the team understand its responsibilities and achieves the output requirements to agreed schedules.
- Create and develop dedicated teams adequately with other partners.
- In conjunction with the Cell Manufacturing Engineer identify areas where the standard operating procedures can be improved.
- Support and implement agreed process changes.
- Take prompt action to resolve issues when they are presented.
- Maximize efficiency within the cell by ensuring use of people, time, and resource.
- To lead the team and ensure that the appropriate standards of behaviour and performance are maintained.

**Experience & Skills**
- Experience of leading a team.
- HNC or equivalent in a warehouse or manufacturing discipline would be advantageous
- Have a responsible approach to H&S of themselves and others
- Experience of working in a warehousing environment
- Will work with detailed information in a logical and organised way
- Design for manufacture experience (essential).
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget (essential).
