Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for the culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Have a positive attitude
- Greet every guest
- Keep all areas clean and tidy
- Answer the telephone and deal with orders or enquiries
- Ensure that the portion of food being packed or served is appropriate
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with menu selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work collaboratively and help fellow team members
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
