A **HR Generalist / Advisor** is required to join a large automotive supplier in the Marston Green area. Joining a HR team of five, you will provide generalist day to day support for approx. 500 employees. An office-based role, you will be required onsite Monday - Friday full time.

As the HR Generalist / Advisor you will be;
- Actively involved with the recruitment process, creating adverts, assisting with onboarding new starters
- Development and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Carry out grievances and disciplinaries.
- Ensuring HR visibility across the site
- Supporting line managers with any organizational changes
- Updating and maintaining all employee files
- Monitoring and reporting on attendance and time-keeping etc

Ideally for this role you will be;
- CIPD level 5 or above
- Able to commute to the office based near Marston Green daily
- Able to work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm (1pm finish on Fridays)
