Senior Contract Manager

We are currently working in partnership with a leading tier one civil engineering company with locations across the UK. The position will involve working on an established telecoms network build contract.

- **Key Essentials**_
- Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing a fast paced telecoms network build contract
- Management and delegation with direct staff and subcontractors including operations, streetwork and commercial
- Responsible for planning, performance management and process improvement to ensure efficient project operations
- Management and reporting of KPI's with the client
- Understanding contract scope and opportunities
- Accountable for the delivery of work programmes, helping to drive delivery
- Commercial awareness
- Overseeing a heat map of issues with clients and being the main point of contact
- Risk management with clients
- Demonstrating performance and identifying improvement
- Improving client perceptions
- **Requirements**_
- Previous experience working at a senior level on telecoms network build is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to delegate at all levels across various departments
- Strong operational management skills on network builds
