**The role and what we are looking for**

You will be an **experienced senior leader **with a proven track record of school improvement. As a calm and reflective leader, you will have the skills to build the capacity of our very able Leadership Team. A sound understanding of school improvement strategies is key, as well as the ability to manage change and motivate staff and the community towards the achievement of clear and inspirational goals. You will also have exceptional interpersonal skills and resilience.

We are a very close-knit secondary school community, currently we have a growing student population with over 1050 on our roll.
