**Job Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a passion for education are also encouraged to apply.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with students, teachers, and staff.
- ** Leadership**: The ability to lead and manage a classroom, ensuring a positive learning environment for students.
- ** Organisational Skills**: Strong organisational skills are necessary for effective lesson planning and classroom management.
- ** Commitment**: Dedication to fulfilling the role on a full-time basis from 4th September until at least Christmas 2023, with a possibility of future extension.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Cover Supervision**: Provide cover for absent teachers by supervising and supporting students in their learning activities.
- ** Lesson Delivery**: Deliver pre-prepared lessons effectively, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in the learning process.
- ** Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and respected.
- ** Supportive Approach**: Offer support to students, assisting with questions and queries as needed during lessons.
- ** Attendance Monitoring**: Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained during cover sessions.
- ** Report Writing**: Provide feedback on students' behavior and progress to the relevant teachers.
- ** Health and Safety**: Uphold the school's health and safety policies, ensuring a secure learning environment.
- ** Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and expertise.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers and other staff members to promote a cohesive educational experience.
