Having recently returned to NSFT, I have been amazed by the work that has taken place to improve cultures, involve individuals with lived experience and listen to staff views. Being back in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney Care Group has felt like returning home. Seeing many of my old colleagues as well as several new members of staff, all from different backgrounds and disciplines has made coming to work more enjoyable. There’s a real richness and diversity of staff working hard to improve support to those within our local community who require mental health services.
