Care Support Worker

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver high-quality care services to individuals in various settings, including homes and care facilities.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals while considering dietary restrictions.
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments, outings, or social activities.
- Engage in childcare activities and support children's well-being.
- Manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in patient care techniques and practices.
- Experience in meal preparation following dietary requirements.
- Valid driving licence with a clean record for transporting clients.
- Knowledge of childcare practices and child development.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals of all ages.
- Skilled in behaviour management techniques for challenging situations.
- Familiarity with home care procedures and senior care services.
- Certification in first aid is desirable.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: £13.09-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 48 per week
