Following the exciting announcement of our magnificent new mono-brand TAG Heuer Showroom in Glasgow, we require an exceptional and passionate TAG Heuer brand Sales Consultant professional.

A high performing Sales Consultant, able to confidently convey our enthusiasm for TAG Heuer timepieces are encouraged to apply. Laings are delighted and proud to embark on this next chapter of our story, we invite you to engage with us.

As the face of our new TAG Heuer Showroom, you will create unique, welcoming, and unforgettable experiences for our clients, guiding them with their purchases and providing expert advice along the way. This role is deserving of someone with exceptional sales and customer service beyond the normal retail environment, with a key focus on the luxury sector. Passion should come as standard and creating memorable moments will be part of your everyday environment. _Our Glasgow TAG Heuer Showroom team will assist 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7._
- **Here is How We See Your Role**:_
- Provide customers with the product knowledge they need to select from our TAG Heuer timepiece collections and enable them to make an informed purchase, while looking after their best interests.
- Leave customers with the feeling they received the best service.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our TAG Heuer watch collections and convey this with pride and enthusiasm consistently.
- Attract new customers by responding to inbound lead enquiries and qualify the TAG Heuer watch needs of prospective customers.
- Strive to achieve sales targets in line with store figures, being ever mindful of personal targets.
- Communicate to a high standard with colleagues and share any insights or feedback from the sales process.
- Maintaining excellent presentation of our new Showroom.
- Follow up with customers after their purchase for after-care matters and to request for feedback.
- Take personal responsibility for stock handling, stock takes and timepiece counts.
- **The Perfect Person We are Looking For**:_
- Has drive and passion to develop in-depth knowledge and secure sales of high-end TAG Heuer timepieces.
- Holds a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, while providing an excellent level of customer service.
- Prior luxury retail sales experience (does not need to be watches specific).
- An ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and the wider Laings team.
- A commitment to driving client loyalty through exceptional customer service standards and a genuine interest in their needs.
- Able to work both as part of a team and by using your own initiative.
