Florist - Packer

Hidden Botanics is a rapidly growing startup specializing in unique dried and artificial flower arrangements for weddings. Having provided flowers for over 50,000 weddings in the past 4 years, we have established ourselves as one of the premier florists in the UK.

We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Packer to join our talented team at our floristry studio. As a Packer, you will be responsible for carefully packing finished floral arrangements to ensure they arrive at venues beautifully and intact.

Main Responsibilities:

- Carefully pack finished flower arrangements in boxes and packaging materials to prevent damage
- Wrap more delicate flowers and embellishments separately to avoid crushing
- Ensure correct identification tags are secured to all boxes and arrangements
- Load packed boxes with care onto trucks or vans for transportation
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Assist designers and florists as needed in the studio

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience packing fragile items required
- Excellent attention to detail and care when handling delicate flowers
- Reliable transportation to and from the studio
- Professional, team-oriented work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
