Our high performing Advice and Contact Team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative individual to join them as a Web Content and Communication Lead.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team, who support the wider Adult Social Care Service, through clear communication, high quality information, and easy read layout, in addition to demonstrating partnership working to ensure a holistic approach across the community.

Our Advice and Contact team is responsible for delivering a centralised and person-centred approach to support initial enquiries, referrals and information sharing across Adult Social Care.
The team experiences high work volumes and our adult care website is key to the success of effectively supporting this work, in order to achieve excellence in customer service, through quality outcomes and information sharing.
**About the role**
You will be responsible for training Web Editors on how to use the website content management system and promote a digital-first response to inquiries. You will also ensure that the website is well presented and easy to navigate.
**About you**
Experience in database/website management, research-based work, and partnership working is key, along with a high level of IT knowledge and an understanding of search engine optimisation.
You will also have strong communication, marketing, partnership working, and engagement skills, as these skills will feed directly into the planning, implementation, and success of the Council Website.
Professional communication is essential to maintain trust and respect in the local government.
