Supporting the Front of House Manager, the management of client expectations is at the forefront of all you undertake. With the ability to engage and create a welcoming environment, you will support and guide customers through a seamless transaction of collecting and returning their motorhomes.

**The role**:

- Verify validity for drive hire through DVLA, driver’s license and passport checks and follow up where necessary, liaising with insurance company to ensure clients are suitably qualified to drive
- Conducting final checks on all vehicles to ensure they are ready for hire, ensuring all additional extras purchased are loaded into vehicle
- Meet & Greet clients
- Responsible for the complete handover of the motorhome to the customer from start to finish, including obtaining the necessary documents, upselling shop items, taking payments, explaining rental agreement and providing a full tour of the motorhome
- Collect/return clients to the local train station (driver’s license permitting)
- Responsible for inspecting and checking the vehicle on return from hire, including taking payment for all chargeable items and dealing with accident and damage scenarios
- Resolve customer issues directly with limited requirement for escalation to head office team
- Ensure all lost property is logged and returned to customers or dealt with appropriately
- Collecting client feedback
- General reception duties

**About you**:

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Possess a friendly and engaging personality along with a confident manner
- Conflict resolution skills
- Good data entry and typing skills, paired with knowledge of I.T & Microsoft packages
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service - demonstrating business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected
- Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic demanding environment
- Good attention to detail
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Full UK driver’s license with more than 2 years driving experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract to 31st October 2023

Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
