**About Us**:Radiant Heating Solutions supplies & installs a wide range of energy efficient heating and renewable energy solutions. We are accredited by the likes of MCS, Oftec & RECC to supply & install ground source & air source heat pumps, underfloor heating systems & more.

**Purpose of the role**:To support the Technical & Design Department in providing accurate and timely technical calculations and administration duties to ensure high end customer service and efficiency when processing the sales orders.

**Essential Criteria**:

- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grade C or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1years’ experience in a similar role
- The ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent professional attitude
- Adaptable and flexible in your approach to your working day
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly IT literate
- Time management skills
- Team-player
- Attention to detail

**Desirable**:

- Experience in working in an office environment, preferably within the renewable heating and plumbing industry and CAD drawing experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
