**The Role You’ll Play**

As a Bingo Caller, you’ll deliver an exciting and engaging entertainment experience for our Customers from the beginning to the end of the session. You’ll be calling out the numbers, making announcements and entertaining the Customers throughout.

**Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team**
- Creating a thrilling, fun and personal customer experience every session
- Presenting and leading the session's entertainment with passion
- Calling numbers and making announcements with clarity, professionalism and excitement
- Focusing on greeting new and existing Customers and making sure they have a brilliant experience
- Contributing ideas for driving the Club forward and suggesting more efficient procedures
- Ensure there is a smooth operation of our entertainment offering, ensuring compliance with all legislation
- Managing the session from start to finish, providing entertainment throughout intervals and complying with all company instructions in respect of presenting the games
- You will act as a brand ambassador and encompass our company values
- Promoting and selling relevant products in a passionate way
- Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live

**The Winning Combination We’re Looking For**
- Experience acting as host or presenter within the entertainment or leisure environment
- It is desirable you have experience as a Bingo caller, DJ, radio presenter or in the performing arts industry
- Experience of audio-visual systems will be an advantage in your role
- Ideally you are knowledgeable about Bingo products and organisational systems
- Previous experience of delivering personalised customer experience
- Understanding of the impact customer service can have on achieving our overall goals
- You are a people focused person, developing strong relationships with internal and external Customers
- Excellent personal presentation and strong audience awareness
- You modify your presentation style based on audience size and type
- You can develop successful relationships with Customers and teams
- Experience and enjoyment planning and facilitating events and activities
- Resilient and deals with issues efficiently, always maintaining an upbeat approach
