I am assisting my client with their search for an Employee relations business partner who will join the business reporting to the Senior employee relations manager and sit within a team of three people.

As the Employee relations business partner you will work closely with the senior ER manager to develop the employee relations function and ensure that it is meeting the strategic objectives of the firm whilst positioning employee relations as a strategicfunction within the HR team.
It will you your responsibility to lead the firm's collective activities, such as restructures and re-organisations, consultations, TUPE etc; as well as complaints and claims, including Employment tribunal claims.

This is a people-focused role and will require you to develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and contacts both within the HR team and in functions that collaborate with HR, working with the wider business to ensure fullsupport for initiatives and solutions prior to implementation.

This is a terrific opportunity for a passionate employee relations expert to be part of a growing team that is at looking to modernise its current employee relations function.

It is imperative that the incumbent have a thorough understanding of UK employment law, with practical employment relations experience within a regulated environment whilst having the skills to manage multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining a firm approachto decision making.
