We're currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Southampton. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students coping with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

**Your Impact**: You'll work closely with teaching staff to provide personalized support to students, helping them develop coping strategies and fostering positive behaviours. Your contribution will make a meaningful difference in students' academic and emotional growth, empowering them to reach their full potential.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, preferably in an educational setting, although similar experience is still suitable.
- Compassion, patience, and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with both students and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in mental health support or education (desired).
