Commercial Officer - Helensburgh - Permanent - £Competitive
ARM are delighted to be recruiting for a prestigious defence company who are actively seeking a Commercial Officer to join them on a permanent basis.
The Commercial Officer will perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services.
What you'll be doing dayday:

- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the different types of commercial/contract models
- Ensures Terms and Conditions compliance and define all risks
- Independently identify, define and implement contract revisions and improvements
- Liaison with internally, with customers and suppliers in support of above and provide guidance
- Organise and maintain contract files
- Ensure timeliness of all contract actions and contract close out.
- Keep internal and external stakeholders appraised of current issues
- Responsible for ensuring flow down of prime contract commercial requirements to suppliers.
Your skills:

- Experience as a Commercial Officer or similar Contracts Management role
- Contracts Management for Major Projects / Programmes / Complex Contracts
- Knowledge of the different types of commercial / contract models
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical, report writing and organisational skills
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at varying seniority levels
- SC clearance or ability to achieve is required for this role
