We are hiring **Seasonal** **Supervisors **for our **Blackpool **store, and **Part Time **positions are available.

Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but full training is provided.

You will be working in a fast paced environment with a fun and lively team.

The role will include:

- Effective leadership over a team of staff
- Carrying out all duties of counter staff
- Operating the till and cashing up at night, including banking
- Take responsibility of store when manager is not on shift
- Carrying out and recording necessary checks and cleaning
- Maintaining high standard of training staff
- Maintaining high standard of customer service
- Opening/closing of store
- Manage stock and place orders

Successful applicants must:

- Have previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
- Be tidy, self-disciplined and punctual, setting a good example to other staff
- Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Bring an enthusiastic energy to the team and motivate them to work hard
- Maintain brand standards at all times
- Be open to growth within the company
- Have a willingness to learn
- Right to work in the UK
