Provide technical support to external partners and internal departments (French, Spanish or Italian languages would also be useful but are not essential)

**Key accountabilities**
- Provide helpdesk support for engineers, sub-contractors, end users and other internal departments, ensure information is logged on our internal systems
- Manage the flow of information to ensure it is provided within the agreed timescales and in accordance with Company policy
- Issue warranty parts where applicable and manage returns
- Ensure our internal systems are accurate and up to date with all relevant case information, including warranties, callouts, and breakdowns
- Highlight any concerns over quality issues to the quality department
- Highlight any concerns over dealer’s technical competence to training department
- Hold periodic meetings with assigned partners to ensure risks and concerns are managed
- Create case data to highlight Partner and product trends
- Assist with product installation remotely using technical drawings
- Occasional travel is required, domestic and international

**Key results**
- Meeting KPIs for response times on external and internal communication.
- Meeting KPIs for testing of warranty returns.
- Achieving goals set out in the PDP.

**Experience, Knowledge, Personal Specification and Qualifications**
- Aptitude for problem solving, mechanical and electrical, using tools such as technical drawings and multimeter.
- Ability to technically engage and communicate effectively when providing support and training.
- Ability to work to customer deadlines and manage workload successfully.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others to complete tasks and implement process improvements.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Additional languages desirable.
- Previous experience of manufacturing environment (Technical support)

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
