Order Processor

We are looking for an efficient Order Processor to work in our busy Customer Order Processing Department. An Order Processor has a range of duties that include downloading data and making small data amendments, interpreting book and delivery specifications from customer purchase orders to accurately input a works instruction and plan for the factory using our in-house system and communicating with our Customer Service, Data Preparation and Production Planning Team.

To be successful as an Order Processor you should be able to carry out all tasks accurately, to tight deadlines and possess strong IT skills.

**About you**:

- Well organised and able to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
- Computer literate.
- Able to learn quickly.
- A team player.
- You will have GCSE Maths and English (grades A* - C), or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience working within the print industry and / or administration.
