At Elmsfield House Limited we are currently recruiting a Maintenance/ Handyperson to join our fantastic team. Elmsfield House invest heavily into the services we provide, to ensure that our residents have a pleasant and comfortable home. To achieve this, we invest in our people.

Dependent on skills and experience: competetive salary.

Responsibilities: - To follow routine maintenance needs within the home; repairs to fixtures and fittings, plumping repairs. Utilise the homes online platform for maintenance requests. Ensure these requests are resolved in a timely manner and if out of skill set communicate this effectively to the manager
- Maintain accurate records of all work activity. Record health and safety checks. Be kind and compassionate in your approach to residents and team members - Knowledge of electrical systems advantageous but not absolute - knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment. We are keen to speak to applicants who have a drive to learn and are willing to take on new skills
- Ability to provide skills in a mulitude of ways and to be able to work autonomously advantageous, in return for our investment into your training and support.
