**The Company**

Camfaud Group is the largest concrete pump hire company in the UK. Camfaud Group employs over 300 staff across various depots across the UK and due to our continued expansion, we are actively seeking Hiredesk Administrator to join our team in Astley.

**Job Spec**:
Premier Concrete Pumps hire static plant across the UK. In this role you will be supporting the Hiredesk Coordinator managing the hires from start to finish to ensure our customers receive an efficient and reliable service throughout whilst also assisting the Workshop Manager with general administration duties.

Your role would predominantly be supporting the Hiredesk coordinator with the below duties:
Checking availability of plant and updating the internal systems with the status of the machines.

Liaising with the workshops to ensure the correct equipment is ready and delivered at the right times.

Arranging transport for delivery & collection of plant hire.

Managing any Hiredesk related queries.

Ensure relevant spreadsheets and maintenance documents are updated daily/weekly.

Ensuring all quotes are accurately produced for each individual hire.

Review of contracts pre-month end to ensure accuracy.

Following up with customers on damages and items not returned.

You will also be required to support the Workshop manager with ordering of stock:
Requesting quotes from Suppliers

Placing orders with Suppliers and raising a PO on Syrinx

Managing the delivery of stock - checking to the delivery note and putting the stock away

Receipting the stock on Syrinx

Filing the delivery notes

Supporting finance with any ordering related queries

Supporting the General Manager with projects and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Solid background in customer service
- Good IT skills and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritising tasks
- Good time management

**Hours**:
8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with a lunch break of one hour.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Astley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- booking or scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
