We are currently recruiting for an **MHE Trainer** to join our team at our Premier Foods site in Tamworth. You’ll assess the competency of our employees and take responsibility for all health and safety around use of MHE equipment.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday, between 6pm to 2am.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£27,250** per annum, inclusive of night shift allowance. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- To facilitate and deliver ITSSAR / RTITB standard training
- Plan, maintain and improve the quality of training and assessment and uphold Site Standards
- Develop, coach and support employees, to achieve and maintain the standards required to operate MHE and equipment in line with Health & Safety regulations and site rules
- Manage and maintain a training matrix to accurately record, reflect and plan the development of individual employees

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- ITSSAR / RTITB accreditation desirable but not essential
- Previous Training experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety law
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
