Composite Trimming/Fitting Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Trim and fit high-precision carbon fibre components according to customer drawings and operating procedures.
- Work with complex engineering drawings to independently trim, fit, and de-mould components and moulds.
- Perform surface preparation for bonding metallics and composites.
- De-mould components without damaging the part or mould.
- Trim, fit, and bond complex assemblies with sub-assemblies, inserts, and fixings.
- Solve problems efficiently and react quickly to changes in priorities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical engineering drawings.
- Proven experience in surface preparation for bonding metallics and composites.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in daily pace and priorities.
- Determination, resilience, and a results-focused mindset.
