**Brief Job Responsibilities Overview**:

- Filming Client Shoots.
- Editing Client & Internal Projects
- Working with our in-house producer to help plan client shoots.
- Keeping up with social trends and what content WORKS for social ADs, then implementing that into internal and client content plans.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Videographer, with experience editing social-first and modern styles of video.

Someone whom we can train up to then become the 'Video Lead' or 'Senior Videographer' at INOV8, as we grow the team at a more accelerated rate over the next few years.

A must-have for us is someone who can demonstrate a creative portfolio of work & strong understanding of short-form social-first video content that will generate results.

You'll be working within a small and fast-growing team that creates performance-led video content for an inspiring portfolio of clients. You will have the opportunity to not only grow within the business but also to create content for some of the most exciting businesses across the globe. You'll be growing with us, your ideas will be heard and your opinions will matter.

**You’ll have**:

- 2+ years of specialist experience.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- A self-starter. We like to give our staff the freedom to grow and get creative.
- Strong understanding of current online video trends and the best ways to format content for success.
- A drive for career progression and to continue learning.
- Solid time-management skills with the ability to evaluate and determine technical feasibility to give accurate timescales for delivery to our clients.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extensive adobe suite knowledge. (AE & Premiere specifically)
- Great ability to work collaboratively with our creative teammates.
- Pride and ownership of your work and the content you’re producing.

**Your Role**:
With a varied, exciting portfolio of clients, every day is different so expect to roll up your

sleeves and get stuck in.
- **Filming Client Videos.**
- This will include anything from Video Ad Campaigns, Instagram reels & TikTok videos, to more advanced and high-production projects._
- **Filming & Editing INOV8's internal content.**
- We practice what we preach, you'll be creating social-1st content for inov8, from re-purposing podcast footage for reels to editing challenge videos, BTS videos, and testimonials._
- **Client Relations.**
- You will be expected to deal directly and confidently with our clients and to act as an account holder during the editing process to provide updates._
