**Position**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Order Processing Administrator **to join our team on a six month fixed-term contract at our office in Guiseley, Leeds.

Within this role you will be responsible for beginning the order entry process by checking quotes against orders received from local authority and our trade partners, enter product order and customer contact information onto our CRM software, issue orders to Production & Despatch and resolve any related internal/ external queries.

Coe responsibilities include:

- Accurately & speedily process orders by entering the data from the Surveyors quote into CRM,
- Using knowledge of the possible Handicare product configurations to check the order for anomalies prior to entering the queue for production,
- Liaise with the Customer/ Local Authority/ Surveyor/ Salesperson to ensure the orders processed are right first time,
- Liaise with internal teams such as Applications Team, Scheduling, Customer Care to resolve queries related to the order process,
- Raising purchase orders,
- Chasing queries on orders,
- Maintaining focus on the key measures (Top KPI’s) - All orders processed on the same day and queries dealt with in a timely manner
- Maintaining relationships both externally and internally & share best practice.

**Requirements**:

- Literate & Numerate Maths & English GCSE (or Equivalent)
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational ability & ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a very busy office/dynamic team
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail

**Schedule**
- 6 month Fixed Term Contract
- Monday - Friday
- No weekends
- 39.5 hours per week
- Overtime available
- £21,500 per annum
