We are looking for an interim head of service to work In association with the interim associate director of workforce to lead the delivery of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service to CUH, NHS and University partners, and external customers. You will help to implement robust policies and clinical standards setting clear objectives with the team. Additionally, you will develop proactive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate an effective service and to share best practice. The key duties include:

- Lead the O/H operational team to deliver a high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the delivery of all aspects of Occupational Health, including key performance metrics, service requirements and service level agreements
- Provide leadership on the development of protocols, processes and policies in Occupational Health and ensure robust implementation of these
- Provide operational leadership across all aspects of the OH service.

In association with the Associate Director of Workforce, lead the delivery of a high quality, cost effective occupational health and wellbeing service to Cambridge University Hospitals, NHS partners, university partners and external customers.

Lead and manage staffing units of 46 wte across 2 full time localities, customer premises and an NHS budget of £1.5m with an external income generation target of £1m with potential to grow further.
