Letting Agent Viewing

**We are looking for a viewing assistant / property inspector to carry out external appointments In and around the Carlisle area.**

Conduct property viewings / inspections for rental homes and other appointments.
- Inspect properties thoroughly, identifying any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
- Take detailed notes and photographs of the property condition.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive reports to landlords or property management companies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Ensure properties are presented in the best possible condition for viewings.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations during property inspections.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
- Manage your own schedule and appointments as a self-employed individual.
- Flexible hours based on the availability of properties and clients but we would suggest 5-20 hours per week
- **Attention to detail**: They meticulously observe and assess properties, ensuring nothing goes unnoticed during inspections.

- **DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check**: They have undergone a background check to ensure their suitability for working with vulnerable individuals and handling sensitive information.
