Are you a Power BI Developer or Analyst, who has experience in leading and developing teams, looking for a new and exciting role where you can become an expert in the analysis and reporting of business processes? This is a great opportunity for someone who has extensive experience in people management and Power BI processes to develop and grow within an autonomous role where you will be the main point of contact for all matters regarding business data and intelligence.
This privately invested business is highly regarded within their industry and is currently leading the way for the work they do in providing rural environments with broadband, telecommunications, wireless solutions and fibre installations. With strong goalsand ambition and a growing order book, they are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to help them continue in a period of high growth.
In this role, you will be required to use your knowledge and expertise to aid with the enabling function side of the business on the various projects they are currently working on. You will be managing an extensive team of analysts, providing support, trainingand being a mentor to new recruits. You will own and manage all aspects of data management, whilst reporting directly to the key stakeholders in the business.

The role:

- Leading the evolution of data management within the company, aligning with the company goals
*Analysing business data outputs and managing and developing a team of analysts.
*Fully remote options available.
*£55,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Private Healthcare + Company Bonus + 34 days holiday (Buy and Sell option)
The Person:
*Experienced in Power BI and DAX, ETL Processing
- Experience in SQL and knowledge of ERP system
- Experience in people management and training.
- Have an understanding of ERP Systems
