**Content Manager**

**Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office**

**Newark**

Carter Murray have exclusively partnered with an exciting online retail store based in Newark, who are looking for a Content Manager to join their friendly and passionate marketing team.

**The Role**

As a Content Manager you will plan and deliver the content and communication strategies to support the membership and sales for the brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that positions the brand as an expert on art mediums, techniques and materials in the UK
- Work closely with the membership team to manage the scheduling and content of VOD's, and other dedicated membership content
- Proactively researches and monitors social media and digital activity, to spot new trends and content opportunities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 360 content project plan, that aligns with membership and product needs
- Work closely with the professional artists, commissioning workshop and the digital team to create content that supports the digital growth strategy
- Managing a team of 5 Content Creators/Communications Executives
- Working closely with publishing and the editor to ensure that the membership magazine is delivered to budget and schedule.
- Liaise closely with the Membership Manager to ensure magazine continues to provide member value and support the membership strategy
- Analyse and report regularly on communication engagement and conversion
- Develop a brand strategy to grow awareness and recognition of the brand in the UK

**Experience & Skills**
- Experience of creating content and communications
- Proven record of working and commissioning content with expert sources and influencers
- Must have experience with working with external agencies
- Passionate about driving change and improving business performance
- Extra bonus if you understand/have an interest in art
