Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant supervisor.
Duties: - Oversee daily restaurant operations including customer service, food quality, and cleanliness - Manage bartenders, and servers to ensure smooth service - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness - Handle customer inquiries and comments in a professional manner
Skills: Experience in bartending and beverage service - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Understanding of food safety standards and regulations - Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience in team management and staff training Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic restaurant environment with opportunities for growth and development.
