**Interim FP&A Senior**
An opportunity to work for a SAAS company who are growing and expanding their current line of business, as well as developing into new business areas. It’s an exciting time to join a professional, driven and friendly team where you can really make a difference to the accounting team and strategy of the business.

The CFO is seeking a senior FP&A interim as a new addition to the the company. Your key role is to take responsibility for creating and implementing all necessary planning and analysis systems and processes for the business. This will involve a combination of create these from scratch and building on work that exists already.

**Responsibilities**
- Designing and implementing a metrics reporting system that covers all key parts of the business.
- Assisting the CFO in establishing KPIs for all teams, and tracking and reporting these.
- Modelling different business models to generate a full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecast.
- Providing commercial analysis and insight to facilitate effective business decisions
- Modelling various pricing structures.
- Preparing an annual financial plan and reporting performance against this plan on a monthly basis.
- Producing the finance section of the board reports.
- Working with key teams to track their actual spend versus budget.
- Preparing P&L and cash forecasts on a quarterly basis.
- Modelling and presenting scenario analysis.
- Building relationships across the wider business to act as a key interface between finance and the operational teams as well as external stakeholders.
- Recommendation of any improvements to the structures that are in place to service the business, maintain tight control, drive continuous improvement, best practice and efficiencies.

There is a Management Accountant to assist you when they can. Many of the tasks in finance are outsourced and therefore you will work as part of a smaller finance team, therefore you may also need to help out with other areas where needed.

**Your Skills and Experience**
You must be a Qualified Accountant with post qualified experience in FP&A, analysis and modelling. Any background in building and developing an FP&A function will be very beneficial.

You will have advanced systems skills in Excel and a BI tool. The ability to work with little direction and to your own initiative is essential to your success.

Sound knowledge gained in a SAAS business is ideal.

You will have good organisational skills, an analytical mindset and ability to multi-task. As a business partner to the different departments, you will have fluent communication skills (both written and oral) and be able to take the initiative and go the extra mile.
