**Role Description**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven engineer to join a highly successful, fun and friendly team. You'll be working as a technical engineer to translate how energy works in buildings to the analytics and software teams. Your role will bekey in bringing down rising energy costs making a difference to the survival and efficiency of a wide range of companies.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building a bridge between the engineering consultancy and analytics team.
- To play a pivotal role in the deployment and growth of our smart building's analytics
- Translating and delivering client requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Support the business development team to identify new opportunities from ongoing work
- Support the preparation of proposals for new projects
- Work closely with engineers to identify and implement control improvement opportunities
- Configure, operate and maintain Sky Spark analytics systems
- Find and rectify through control interventions, energy, comfort and maintenance opportunities
- Ongoing reporting and communication of the value to delivered to clients
- Manage projects and ensure delivery to client on time and within agreed budget
Manage and work with other staff and collaborating companies/sub-consultants to ensure progress of projects and timely delivery of agreed outputs

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant engineering degree
**Essential Experience**:

- Experience in energy efficiency in buildings
- Working knowledge of how energy works in buildings from a technical design or engineering perspective.
- Experience in a client facing role and rapport building in a relevant setting
**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience in programming and configuration of BMS
- A knowledge and experience of common UK systems (e.g., Sky Spark, Trend IQ Vision, Niagara 4, Struxurware)
- Experience in implementation of BMS or Smart Building Systems from the design to commissioning
- Experience in inspection and witness-testing, fault detection of installed systems
- Must have a full, clean driving license
- Eligibility to work in the UK
