My client a top pharmaceutical company is looking for a Pharmacovigilance Medical Coding expert to join their PV and Scientific development team on an initial 12-month contract.

OUTSIDE IR35

My client is implementing a new Safety Data System which will improve the way that they handle and share Safety data and advance their signal management practices.

They will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business to meet their deliverables.

- Hold a formal medical qualification (e.g. MD; MB BS; MB ChB) and have post-graduate experience in one or more areas of clinical medical practice including in medical specialities/disciplines that are relevant to clinical safety.
- Experience developing and maintaining coding processes and conventions
- Knowledge of MedDRA SMQ and CMQ search strategies
- Experience with auto-labelling processes would be an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a global matrix environment.
